About Aricase
Aricase helps people make sense of difficult employment situations - before they lose time, confidence, or important evidence.
Why this exists
“Most people don't lose because they don't have a case. They lose because they don't have guidance.”
When something goes wrong at work, the options are grim. A solicitor costs thousands before you even know where you stand. Online resources explain the law in the abstract - they don't help you work out what it means for your actual situation.
I went through this myself. Treated unfairly, then dismissed. I spent weeks trying to piece together what had happened, what my rights were, and what I was supposed to do next - all while dealing with the stress of it. The process felt designed to be impossible to navigate alone.
Aricase is what I wish existed then. A way to organise the facts, understand the issues, know the deadlines, and actually prepare - without paying for hours of legal time before you even have a direction.

How Ari guides you
Ari doesn't just explain employment law in the abstract - it helps you organise your situation, understand what matters, and prepare your next steps.
You answer simple questions in plain English - no legal knowledge needed. Ari works out what matters from what you tell it.
Ari turns scattered events, emails, and dates into a structured case file you can actually work from - with a timeline, relevant issues, and your deadline calculated from your actual dates.
Ari shows you the likely arguments on both sides, what evidence supports your account, and what gaps still need filling.
You get a clear roadmap - ACAS, grievance, DSAR, settlement, or tribunal - based on how situations like yours typically unfold.
Ari writes the letters, summaries, and tribunal materials based on your facts. You review, edit, and send.
An employment law specialist reviews your case for clarity, obvious errors, and anything worth flagging. Then you decide what to do.
Who it is for
Aricase is for anyone dealing with a workplace problem who wants to understand their situation before deciding what to do next.
England and Wales only. Aricase does not currently cover Scotland or Northern Ireland.
Dismissed or forced out
You were fired, made redundant, or felt you had no choice but to leave.
Treated unfairly
Discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, or a pay dispute you can't resolve.
At any stage
Just started, mid-grievance, in ACAS, or preparing a tribunal claim - Ari meets you where you are.
On a tight budget
You need real guidance but can't justify thousands in legal fees before you even know where you stand.
Designed to help you prepare
Aricase is designed to help you understand your situation, organise your case, and prepare your next steps with more clarity and confidence - while you stay fully in control of every decision.
Guidance, not representation
Aricase provides legal information and preparation support for employment issues in England and Wales. It does not act as your solicitor or represent you in any proceedings.
Built to help you move forward
The goal is to guide you through your employment situation with more clarity, structure, and confidence - so you can understand what happened, what matters, and what to do next.
Human-reviewed before you act
A human reviewer checks outputs for clarity, obvious issues, and anything worth flagging - helping reduce mistakes before important submissions.
You stay in control
You are responsible for every decision and submission. Ari prepares and organises - you decide what to do with it. Some urgent or complex situations may still need a qualified solicitor, and Ari will flag this when relevant.
